Could you please tell us more about current developments on the job market?

Due to the continual economic growth we have been experiencing over the last few years, the demand for qualified and experienced employees is significantly higher than the amount of employees presently on the job market. This is particularly true in the IT sector (i.e. IT specialists for technical positions).

Therefore many companies, when looking for top and senior management people or industry specialists, prefer to use Executive Search firms instead of the classic recruitment method. Many companies have also intensified their employee care in order to ensure and maintain their staff loyalty. In order to do this, they have to answer questions like: What motivates our employees to work for our company? Are they satisfied? These are areas where Synergie can help its clients.

How did your company react to the above-mentioned trends? Have you started any new services?

Our core principle for all services is taking an individual approach to each client, together with respecting the client’s company culture and their changing requirements. It is for this reason that we enlarged our skills and knowledge with the addition of the HR Consulting Team already few years ago.

This team provides complex services in the field of Executive Search and Personnel Consultancy. To analyze our client’s internal situation we offer the following services: Development and Assessment Centre, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Personnel Audit and Psycho-diagnostics. These services enable companies to improve their HR processes and better understand the motivation of their employees. A very useful tool is also Salary Benchmarking that allows our clients to compare whether their current system of remuneration corresponds to the reality of the job market and assists to set appropriate and competitive wage conditions within the company.


What kind of clients do you represent?

Synergie usually provides its services to international companies in the fields of Banking & Financial Services, IT & Telecommunications, Production/Industry, Logistics, FMCG/Retail and Marketing sectors. We also have very good experience with ‘special’ projects for companies which are, for example, about to enter the Czech market (so-called “Greenfield investments“) and which need to build an entire management team to run its operations in CR.
