Strengthens its presence on the iberian peninsula

After the acquisition of the OLYMPIA EMPLEO network in Spain (turnover of 35 million EUR) in December 2009, SYNERGIE has taken control of the company OLYMPIA TT Portugal with its turnover of nearly 5 million EUR, thereby strenthtening its presence in this country where business is growing strongly (+42% over the first four months).

As such, the turnover generated in Portugal should double to nearly 20 million EUR in 2010.
OLYMPIA TT Portugal most notably specialises in tertiary activities and call centres.
Entirely self-financed, the operation aligns with the development strategy pursued by SYNERGIE on the Iberian Peninsula, where the Group should reach 90 million EUR in 2010.
As such, SYNERGIE is confirming its role as the leader in the Global Management of Human Resources in Europe.

Strong growth (+19%) in first quarter business. Turnover on 31 March: 244,5 million EUR
The Synergie Group´s consolidated turnover currently present in 13 countries (interim, outplacement, business, engineering, ETA.) was 244,5 million EUR for the first quarter of 2010 compared with 205,5 million EUR for the same period in 2009, an increase of 19%.
Financial situation
With its strong positive cash-flow (70 million EUR) and healthy financial structure, the Group continues to explore every opportunity for external growth, particularly in Germany and Belgium.
