Why Synergie?
How we proceed
The Synergie job search procedure can be divided into the following steps:
Step 1
Send your CV directly to our consultants, or reply to the Synergie advertisement of your choice.
Step 2
Within 24 hours you will be informed that we have received your CV.
If you meet the requirements of a given position, our consultant will contact you within 14 days to arrange an interview with you at Synergie.
If Synergie currently has no positions which would meet your requirements and¬/or qualifications and if you are interested, your CV can be filed in the Synergie database for later use. Do not stop following our job offers and do not hesitate to contact us again.
Step 3
Interview with a Synergie consultant
The main content of the interview will include elaboration of the data from your CV and your ideas about your future employment. At the same time we will provide you with more detailed information about the offered position.
Should the position require it, a 15-minute test of your language skills or a test of your Excel knowledge might be part of the interview.
The interview will last about around one hour.
If you feel that the offered position does not meet your expectations, do not hesitate to tell us that you are not interested. Your feedback will help us when searching for a new job offer for you.
Step 4
Synergie introduces you to the company
If you are interested in the offered position and meet the requirements of our client, we will ask you to provide us with your explicit consent to be introduced to the company.
Step 5
Interview at the company
If you are not familiar with recruitment interviews, please study the sections Preparing for an interview and How to behave during an interview again.
Step 6
Finalization of the offer
Synergie will inform you that you have been accepted by the company and will further assist you and the company when negotiating the conditions of your contract.
