Key Responsibilities
- Financial administration of centres within the assigned region – responsibility for transferring accounting processes from the particular countries to a SSC in Prague & responsibility for building a team of app. 5 accountants
- Month-end & year-end reporting (according to IFRS) & consolidation
- Controlling
- Budgeting & forecasting/planning
- Communication & cooperation with both internal and external auditors
- Team leading & managing HR issues
Candidate Profile
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in finance within international environment
- Experience from SSC/in transferring accounting & financial processes highly preferred
- Accounting background is an advantage
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- One of major reporting systems experience (ideally Hyperion or Sun)
- Fluent English & min. communicative German
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Motivated individual with excellent communication and leading skills
- Flexible, stress-resistant, able to work in constantly changing environment
- Team player, responsible
