Hello, my name is Serge Dupaux and currently I am the Managing Director of personnel consultancy company Synergie, s.r.o., in the Czech Republic. Synergies’ Czech operations were established in 1993.
Synergie provides complex HR solutions to corporate clients. Our mother company is based in France, where they have more than 500 Agency outlets. Synergie also operates in other countries; Poland, Belgium, Italy, Luxemburg, Great Britain, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, Netherlands and Canada .
In 1999 we extended our services to the Slovak market. While Slovakia remains also under my control, the recruitment team has full independence and is led by the local branch manager.
In 2002, Synergie Temporary Help was founded, it is a sister company to Synergie, s.r.o. It is specialized in outsourcing and temporary help.
I appreciate the work of the Consultants here; they are well orientated in the Czech job market and in their specific sectors of recruitment. We have an extensive database of candidates and positive client references, which help us to be successful.
