In this case, Synergie Temporary Help takes responsibility for labor-law issues with the employee, plus his/her personnel and salary management. In effect the client acquires a new staff member without being burdened by the necessary administration, increasing of head count plus extra personnel budget costs.
TEMPORARY HELP
This service is used for higher flexibility in case of immediate or shortterm requests; for example on special projects, peak holiday period or staff illness. This service provides for short-term or medium-term allocation of employees, where we search for an administrative worker to act as a replacement or other type of help for our client. The entrance medical exam and safety measurement training is part of this service.
TRY & HIRE
This employment solution deals with a combination of temporary and
permanent employment. Should the client wish to hire a person provided
by the agency, such a person is an employee of the agency prior to the
conclusion of a work contract. The agency is obliged to enable
this process.
This approach allows a client to assess the abilities of an employee
before deciding on offering the employee a permanent position within
the company.
