Tips for your career
How to start
If you are not familiar with recruitment interviews, please find on the following pages tips and findings that we have acquired during our time on the job market.
How to start
Whether you are looking for a job for the first time or you are just seeking a new challenge, remember that the first step is thinking about yourself and making clear who you are and what you really expect from your new job.
Answers to the following questions may be useful for you:
- What do I know very well? / What am I good at?
- What do I like?
- What is my motivation?
- What are my strengths and weaknesses?
- What are my priorities?
- What type of company would I be interested in working for?
Take into consideration such “obvious” things as:
- Working environment (open space vs. home office)
- Clothing (uniform/suit vs. informal clothing)
- Mobility (Are you ready to move due to your new job?)
- Time flexibility
Thanks to this preparation you will pass the interview more easily and will have a better chance to find a job you will be satisfied with for a long time. You will also demonstrate your professionalism and self-discipline, which are qualities appreciated by every HR specialist.
