Interview with a Synergie consultant
At the beginning you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. This standardized form will enable our consultant to work more efficiently with your data and to find a suitable position for you. Completing the questionnaire usually takes 10-20 minutes.
After completing the questionnaire, a detailed interview with our consultant will follow. The questions you will be asked will be related to your qualifications, experience, language skills, personal qualities and, of course, to your ideas and wishes about your future employment.
The whole interview will last about one hour.
