How it works?

  • For a given position a responsible consultant who has experience with the desired segment selection (finance, IT, production..) will be assigned.
  • Our extensive multilateral professional contacts allow us to find and check references on the candidates designated and then prepare the selection of those who are most appropriate.
  • An overview of the labor market and candidates also often feedback on your company will be provided.
  • Each candidate will be met personally and will receive a detailed report with the evaluation and extract of the report on the quality of candidates.
  • Due to work commitments of our candidates, of course, we keep of and guarantee absolute confidentiality.
  • The implementation of the service we provide comes with a warranty. If the candidate leaves during this period, we will search for a new candidate or return part of the money.

Case study: Senior Key Account Manager CZ/SK

Our task was to find an experienced Senior Key Account Manager CZ/SK - for managing relationships with key vendors. The client requested senior candidates with up to 10 years of experience working in a similar role, speaking English fluently, excellent interpersonal skills, very good negotiation skills and good skills in finance.

We identified about 30 companies/direct competitors. Our target list included 80 potential profiles, and all of these candidates were contacted by phone or by e-mail. Afterwards, suitable and motivated candidates were interviewed and thoroughly examined. Then, we started to run a typical recruitment process that helped us to create a detailed evaluating report of each suitable candidate.

We found out that this segment had rather passive candidates who were not so inclined for changes and were not motivated to change their jobs. Another problem was the unwillingness to travel within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

From the original list of candidates immediately won the first candidate who got a job offer within 5 weeks from entering.
