Náplň práce

Our client, an American high-tech manufacturing company with European HQ in Geneva and with over 3,000 employees in 26 countries is looking for a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager who is able to work autonomously with previous experience from T1/ T2 automotive, composites or plastics technical sales.

• Business Development and Winning Proposals: Win new business with customers by determining winning value propositions
• Manage ALL Customer Sales: Using an entrepreneurial mindset, grow and manage sales within automotive OEM's in Eastern Europe for innovating bonding solutions.
• Create and Own Relationships: Build and own relationships with customers, reaching new accounts and/or penetrating further into the organizations of key accounts;
• Cross-Selling and Pull-Through: Cross-sell a wide range of solutions to a set of customers and distributors, leveraging business development and marketing, technical resources.
• Planning and CRM: Develop and lead the execution of Key Account plans and territory plans. Use CRM to manage the prioritized customer pipeline (leads and opportunities), contacts, and trip reports.

Požadavky na kandidáta

• Proven automotive OEM's buying process and product qualification process
• Strong Tier 1 automotive suppliers’ knowledge
• Understanding of thermal management and adhesives for bonding composites and plastics - advantage
• Knowledge of Auto Electric Vehicle market
• New Business Development
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel within Eastern Europe
• Valid driver’s license
