Would you like to be taking the lead in recruitment for EMEA & APAC for an international Fintech company?
Use your English daily and work in Central Prague??
For our client we are searching for a Talented, Passionate and Driven individual that can do just that!!

• For this role you will need to know how to manage the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• You will need negotiation skills and not be afraid to approach people on all levels.
• Develop and maintain the talent pipeline.
• Know what happening in your industry and keep up to date with current trends.
• Form relationships with local Universities, attend career fairs and Networking events.
• Organize and manage the company internship programs
• Be an active marketeer, improving the company brand awareness and maintaining advertising and social
• Maintain strong relationships and collaborating with search firms.
• Work closely with managers to determine the success of recruiting planning
• Actively contribute to the overall development and strategic planning for all international sourcing and team

Požadavky na kandidáta

• A people person with the ability to engage easily in conversation and build rapport with all stakeholders,
candidates and hiring managers.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (C1+ level).
• Experienced in networking and comfortable in diverse/multicultural environments.
• Outstanding interviewing skills.
• A strong knowledge of CRM/ATS software for sourcing and managing candidates.
• A thirst to always learn and develop.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Results driven and with a strong desire to achieve goals.
• 3 years minimum recruitment experience.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and know what to prioritize.
• Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• Have a bachelor’s degree.
• Work with integrity and confidentiality.
• High standard of Written and verbal communication skills.
