The Executive Search service involves direct search for candidates most frequently used for specialist and management positions.
How it works?
- A consultant with specialization (for instance IT, finance, production etc.) manages the whole executive search process in the given field.
- We do an active market research and use a network of contacts to source the most experienced and talented people across Slovakia (or abroad).
- The selected candidates are invited for a personal interview with our consultant.
- Each selected candidate will be presented to you in a summarizing report with their qualities and potential.
- The client doesn’t just obtain information about the current state of the labour market, but also feedback on the attractiveness of their company.
- Complete confidentiality, especially when it comes to sensitive information.
Extended guarantee period for the selected candidate (6 to 12 months).
